When will my shipment arrive? The shipments for all of our selections are shipped out on the 1st business day of every month. What are the accepted methods of payment? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks, however, this method delays processing because it takes 10 business days for the funds to clear your bank account. Does the variety of my membership change monthly? Yes, each month you will receive our featured selections of the club that you choose. What is your return policy? If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please notify us and we will gladly replace your product or exchange it for another product of equal value. Are there any membership fees? Absolutely not. Is there a minimum length of time that I am obligated to purchase/send or receive a membership? No, it is your choice. You can choose to send or receive a membership from (1) to (12) months. Can I send a membership as a gift? Yes, choose the duration that you would like your gift recipient to receive your selected club. When prompted for shipping information, just add your recipient's address instead of your own. Is my personal information secure? Yes, we use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy. Any information you provide, including your credit card number, name and address will be kept completely confidential.
